Complaints Policy
At Biodynamic Agriculture Australia Ltd we value and welcome complaints as a way of putting things right. We wish to learn from our mistakes and improve service to members and customers.
We have a complaint handling process that enables staff to respond promptly to all complaints. Our focus is on a fair outcome for the complainant. Staff have clear lines of authority and decision making to deal with complaints effectively.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 days. If a staff member is unable to resolve the issue within 48hrs, it will immediately be escalated to a board member who is responsible for customer complaints, and who will resolve the issue within the 7 day time frame.
