Preparations, Nozzles, Filters and Publications

We have a quality control system in place to ensure that all products leaving the office comply with Biodynamic Agriculture Australia Ltd high manufacturing standards. Should the preparations or purchased items be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange return of the damaged products.

Return postage is the purchaser’s expense and can be refunded once the products have been assessed.

We guarantee to immediately replace or credit returned items which have been confirmed to be damaged or defective by our Preparations Manager.
