The following papers discuss the links between biodynamic and organically grown food and your health. We know many chemicals used in agriculture once thought to be harmless have proven to be toxic. We know the fresh food in our supermarkets today is far less nutritious than it was for previous generations. The technology being developed today seems to be concentrating on producing more of a product that can be transported over long distances and stored for months and even years without deterioration, with little thought about the consequences to human health.
