All items must be paid for before shipment.

REFUNDS AND WARRANTY POLICY

PREPARATIONS,  NOZZLES, FILTERS AND PUBLICATIONS

We have a quality control system in place to ensure that all products leaving the office comply with Biodynamic Agriculture Australia Ltd high manufacturing standards. Should the preparations or other purchased items be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange return and replacement of the damaged products. Please return in original packaging. Include the packing slip and send to:

Return postage is the purchaser’s expense and can be refunded once the product(s) have been assessed.

We guarantee to immediately replace or credit returned items which have been confirmed to be damaged or defective by our Preparations Manager.
